LVMHC is a relationship-centered therapy practice specializing in eating disorders & disordered eating, trauma, athletes, anxiety, and life transitions, offering evidence-based care that is personalized. We provide therapy to folks aged 13 all the way through adulthood, in a space free from weight stigma and rooted in respect for all bodies.
We practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) and trauma-informed perspective, honoring the ways your experiences have shaped who you are and how you move through the world.
We also provide identity-affirming care that respects and supports diversity in gender, sexuality, neurotype, and body size. We work to understand each person’s unique experiences so that therapy feels collaborative.

A Note From the Practice Owner
Welcome! I’m Lacey Vogel, LMHC, LPC.
I founded LV Mental Health Counseling after over a decade spent working as a therapist and supervisor in eating disorder treatment centers. I decided to expand my reach to help clients overcome disordered eating and the various impacts of trauma on their nervous systems.
Over the years, I have built so much compassion for ways we try to survive in life circumstances that make it challenging to feel safe and connected.
I am constantly inspired by my team and by my clients. This work is one of continuous growth, always learning and being challenged to think differently.
