A Note From the Practice Owner

Welcome! I’m Lacey Vogel, LMHC, LPC.

I founded LV Mental Health Counseling after over a decade spent working in eating disorder treatment centers. I wanted to expand my reach to help clients overcome disordered eating and the various impacts of trauma on their nervous systems.

So many clients come to therapy with big questions:

  • How do I stop feeling on edge or numb?

  • What can I do to stop avoiding things without feeling overwhelmed?

  • Why do I keep reacting this way, even when I know better?

We are here for you.
