You may be wondering…

  • We are network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and soon to be in network with AETNA (just waiting on that official contract any day now!).

If we are not in-network with your insurance, we can provide a superbill after sessions. A superbill is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, but some clients are able to receive partial coverage for sessions, depending on their benefits. Reach out to us for more information.

  • We see clients in person in Brookline, MA as well as virtually.

We see client in CT virtually.

  • Our idividual therapy private pay rate ranges from $150-$185 for a 45-50 minute session, depending on your therapist’s licensure status and experience level.

  • Schedule a free 20 minute consultation call to see if we would be a good fit.

  • The first few sessions are a chance for us to get to know each other and for your therapist to begin understanding your story. You are always welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We will use those early sessions to explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of the process.

  • We see clients in all walks of life starting at age 13 through adulthood.

  • We offer trainings and consultations across the country.

For therapy, we are licensed to see folks located in both MA and CT.

  • Trainings are a huge passion of mine. I offer customized trainings for organizations based on your team’s unique needs and goals. Topics may include eating disorders, body image, trauma-informed care, and other relevant mental health concerns. Trainings can be tailored for clinicians, schools, teams, or other professional groups. If you are interested in a training or speaking engagement, please reach out to discuss options.

  • We hear you.

Maybe you’ve been told that you “just need to get your eating disorder under control before you can really address your trauma.” Our practice helps folks struggling address both concurrently. Whether that is through an EMDR or relational lens, we want to help a person feel fully seen and heard.
